With COREBlog2 you can take advantage of Plone's many advanced features, such as user authentication, a WYSIWYG content editor, design customization using a template system, and workflows. You can easily place objects from elsewhere in your Plone site into your blog pages.

Installation is easy
You can set up COREBlog2 in a few minutes. Follow these steps:
- Set up a Plone site. You must be running Plone 2.1 or higher. If you are new to Zope and Plone, you can get started quickly by downloading a binary installer. (Available for Windows and MacOS X.)
- Download COREBlog2. Extract it to your Zope instance's Products folder, start Plone, log in, and install COREBlog2 using the QuickInstaller (Plone Control Panel -> Add/remove Products).
